Digital products
Our products are instant-download digital files – guides, templates, and self-help kits. Because access is delivered to you immediately, these sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
When we will issue a refund
- You were charged in error, or charged more than once.
- The product was never delivered, or the download link did not work and we could not fix it.
- The product was materially not as described.
If any of these apply, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Call 888-728-6069 or reach us through the contact form on this website. Include your order number and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
